1. Who is Skin Junction? 

We are your one stop destination for K-beauty - Korean skin care and beauty products. Sometimes we throw in other brands into the mix as well when we find something that's too good to gatekeep! We ship within Australia and to New Zealand. 

2. How do I place an order? 

Placing an order with us is easy! Just add products to cart, click checkout, enter a few details and payment method, and you're all done! You will receive a confirmation email for your order, and another confirmation when your order is shipped. Remember to sign up to our mailing list and receive a discount code! 

3. What are the available shipping options?

We use Australia Post for shipping. Regular post takes 2-3 business days within Western Australia and 5-7 business days elsewhere in Australia. Express post takes 1-2 business days within Western Australia and 2-3 business days elsewhere in Australia. We also offer shipping to New Zealand, which takes 5-7 business days. 

4. What are the shipping fees?

The shipping fees are as follows:

  • Regular post within Australia: $8. Orders above $89 automatically get free regular shipping.  
  • Express post within Australia: $12. Orders above $129 automatically get free express shipping! 
  • Regular post to New Zealand: $18. Free on orders over $149.
  • Express post to New Zealand: $25. Free on orders over $249.

5. What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, with seals, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@skinjunction.au.

6. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

7. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

8. Are all your products authentic?

Absolutely! All our products are carefully and meticulously sourced from trusted suppliers and are 100% authentic.
